   Hodo I register for a course? If you have never taken a course through our system before, you will need to create an account and activate your account through a link via email. Once you have created your account, you can select your courses and pay via credit card or PayPal. If you have been given a coupon or discount code, you will have an opportunity to provide this at checkout. 

   How do I find my username and/or password if I've forgotten it? Go to https://cahumanservices.talentlms.com and click on "Log-in" at the top right side of the screen. Click on the ?  icon to retrieve your username and/or password.

   How long do I have to finish each course? This may vary by course and will be noted in your registration information. Time left in the course can be seen when you open the course in your account profile. 

   How long will my registration remain active? Accounts that are unused after 30 days may be made inactive by an administrator. You will need to contact an administrator to renew your active status if you wish to take a new course. 

   How do I download my certificate after I've completed a course? If you need to download your certificate after you've completed a course, first log-in to Talent LMS. The dashboard will appear. Click on the course title, which will open the course.  Click on the trophy icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. A "Congratulations" box will appear - click on the red button titled Download Certificate to download and save your certificate.

   What if I have technical issues during the course? Click the "Contact course instructor" button within your course or contact CA at (information@cahumanservices.org).
